The Goodwin Lake project entailed the repair of erosion of the embankment and construction of a concrete stair-step spillway. Prince Edward Lake also required repair of embankment erosion, as well as construction of a concrete auxiliary spillway extension with a concrete plunge pool and rip-rap outlet channel.
